Attorney

Ariel Rofeim, Esq.

Ariel Rofeim, Esq. (@californiaslawyer) is the founder and principal attorney of Rofeim Law, APC, the Beverly Hills-based litigation firm behind California’s Law Firm™. His practice is focused on serious personal injury and complex property damage matters throughout California.

A Harvard-trained negotiator and three-time Super Lawyers Rising Star, Ariel represents individuals, families, property owners, and vehicle owners in high-stakes disputes involving catastrophic injuries, serious motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, diminished value, loss of use, residential property damage, and luxury and exotic vehicles.

His practice is intentionally litigation-forward and built around direct attorney involvement. Rather than operating as a high-volume settlement practice, Ariel focuses on developing the evidence, damages, experts, and litigation strategy necessary to present the full value of a client’s claim.

Before founding his firm, Ariel began his legal career clerking at a prominent California defense trial firm, gaining early exposure to the way corporations, insurance carriers, and institutional defendants analyze, defend, value, and litigate claims. That perspective now informs his work on the plaintiffs’ side, from the preparation of initial demands through discovery, expert development, negotiation, and litigation.

Ariel believes clients deserve more than case processing. They deserve an attorney who understands the human consequences of a loss, communicates directly, develops the case strategically, and is prepared to challenge efforts to minimize legitimate damages.

His approach has helped Rofeim Law develop a distinctive practice in sophisticated automotive claims, including diminished value and loss of use disputes involving high-value, luxury, and exotic vehicles, while maintaining a broader litigation practice representing clients who have suffered significant personal injuries and property losses.

Outside the courtroom, Ariel has maintained a longstanding commitment to public service and civic life. He previously served in the White House during the Obama Administration, supporting the Domestic Policy Council and the Office of White House Fellows. He is also a graduate of Team Beverly Hills, a former Beverly Hills Police Department Explorer, Beverly Hills High School mentor, and has remained actively involved in the community in which he grew up.

In 2026, Ariel ran for Beverly Hills City Council as a first-time candidate, receiving over 70% of the vote needed to win, while campaigning on public safety, local business, responsible development, and responsive city government.

Ariel earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Political Science with an emphasis in international relations and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha. He also studied International Security, War, and English Common Law as a Pembroke Scholar at the University of Cambridge before earning his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as president of the Art Law Association. He subsequently completed Negotiation Mastery through Harvard Business School.

Today, Ariel’s work is guided by a straightforward principle: every case has a human story, but a compelling story alone is not enough. The evidence, damages, strategy, and pressure must be built around it.

His role is to understand what happened, establish what it truly cost his client, and build a case strong enough that insurance companies and opposing counsel are forced to confront the full measure of the loss.
